Malibu Rentals is pleased to provide you with our Pay-Per-Listing packages. Choose the package below that best suits your needs then submit it. If you choose to add listings later, you can simply go to your admin panel and add more listings! Once your payment is completed, you will be able to immediately login to start activating your properties for sale. Our payments are handled through PayPal® for ease of use and flexibility.

Choose your listing package

The Photo Tour package includes a Snapshot Ad with text displayed adjacent to the photograph. Text includes square footage, room information, amenities and descriptions with a prominently displayed “Photo Tour” label alerting members to the fact that a tour is available.

–$29.95 for a thirty-day run.

The Featured Listing package includes all the benefits of a Photo Tour, with the bonus that your listing be included among those featured on our home page immediately presenting your property to any prospective tenant when they visit our site.

–$49.95 for a thirty-day run.
